No tools are required. It uses a tool-free quick-assembly design. One person can complete the assembly in 15–30 minutes, making the setup process fast and easy.

The water level indicator on the VGrow screen has two states:
①Full – The water tank has sufficient water.
②Empty – The water level is too low and needs to be refilled. There are no intermediate water level indicators. 
This simplified design makes it easier to understand when the tank needs to be refilled. When the water level sensor detects that the water level is too low, or when the sensor is connected, but no water level is detected, the screen will display the “Add Water” prompt. Currently, this prompt cannot be turned off.

The standard water tank holds up to 1.6 gallons, providing up to 7 days of water supply with a single fill (typically once a week, depending on the plants).
